Olga Medynsky Obituary

Olga Medynsky 95, died peacefully on May 7, 2018, in Garden Care Center, Franklin Square NY. Born in Ukraine on October 8, 1922, the daughter of the late Gregory and Maria Sawchuk, she made her home in the Hartford area for many years. She was employed by The Travelers Insurance Company and was an active member of the parish at St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hartford. She is survived by her loving niece Roma Wasylciw who took care of her for many years and grand niece Christina Cottler both living in the NYC area. There are NO calling hours. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Michaels Ukrainian Cemetery. 135 Wethersfield Ave, Hartford CT. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Ukrainian Cemetery, Glastonbury. Maple Hill/Talarski Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
